ABOUT CHEF
Chef Nikki Pettineo is a Certified Executive Chef, educator, entertainer, and small business owner who dedicates her career to educating others to “Cook Like A Pro”. She writes, produces, and directs an educational YouTube Channel called Nikki Talks Food and is a local small business owner of a line of professionally crafted seasonings called Pro Seasoning. Chef Nikki has been teaching culinary in Tallahassee at Keiser University, Browns Kitchen Center, and Tallahassee Community College for the last 10 years. She now offers private in-home cooking lessons, as well as private chef services.
Chef was recently a featured contestant on a new culinary cooking show, Rat in the Kitchen, starring Chef Ludo Lefebvre premiering on TBS March 31, 2022.
Chef Nikki started her culinary training in 2005 at Johnson and Wales University in Miami, Florida. She quickly began her career as a private chef for some of the most talented athletes in the NFL from the Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New York Giants. In 2008, she opened the highly acclaimed South Florida restaurant, Bash Wine Café and Catering. She has cooked all over the world on a Super Yacht and was appointed Executive Chef at Florida State University.
Chef Nikki happily calls Tallahassee home with her wife and two rescue dogs Ollie and Quinn.
