Ingredients (Makes about 30 cocktail-sized meatballs)
Ground Beef (90/10) | ½ pound |
Ground Lamb | ½ pound |
Yellow Onion, minced very finely | ½ cup |
Garlic clove, minced very finely | 1 |
Cilantro, minced. Plus a little extra for garnish | ½ cup |
Breadcrumbs | 1 cup |
Egg | 1 |
Crushed tomato | 3 Tablespoons |
Pro Seasoning Holiday Baking Spice | 1 Tablespoon |
Turmeric | 1 teaspoon |
Pro Seasoning All Purpose | 2 teaspoons |
Canola, Grapeseed, or avocado oil | 2 Tablespoons |
Method of prep:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together. Form meatballs in whatever size works for you. Next, brown the meatballs in an oven safe skillet and then place the entire pan in the oven to finish cooking until the internal temperature of the meatballs reach 155 F. Alternatively, you can just place the meatballs on a sheet tray and brown in the even until the same internal temperature is reached as mentioned previously. Once the meatballs are done, serve with harissa sauce and garnish with cilantro.
