Fresh Garden Salsa

Ingredients (Makes about 3 cups)

tomato, small diced, seeds removed

2 cups

green bell pepper, small diced, seeds removed

1/2 cup

red onion, small diced

1/2 cup

cilantro, chopped

1/2 cup

mild green chilies with juice

1-4 oz can

garlic cloves, minced

2

crushed tomatoes

1-15 oz can

red wine vinegar

1/4 cup

avocado oil

1/2 cup

pro seasoning all purpose

2 tspn


Method of Prep:


Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse until desired texture is achieved. Alternatively, you can mix the ingredients together in a bowl. Store the salsa in your fridge for up to 7 days.
