Ingredients (Makes about 3 cups)
tomato, small diced, seeds removed | 2 cups |
green bell pepper, small diced, seeds removed | 1/2 cup |
red onion, small diced | 1/2 cup |
cilantro, chopped | 1/2 cup |
mild green chilies with juice | 1-4 oz can |
garlic cloves, minced | 2 |
crushed tomatoes | 1-15 oz can |
red wine vinegar | 1/4 cup |
avocado oil | 1/2 cup |
pro seasoning all purpose | 2 tspn |
Method of Prep:
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse until desired texture is achieved. Alternatively, you can mix the ingredients together in a bowl. Store the salsa in your fridge for up to 7 days.
