Garlic-Vinegar Chicken Wing Sauce
Ingredients:
White vinegar 1 cup
Canola oil 2 cups
Garlic cloves, fresh peeled 1 cup
Salt 2 tablespoons
Black pepper 1 tablespoon
Turmeric 1 teaspoon
Method of prep:
Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Use the sauce on baked or fried chicken wings or it can also be used as a marinade. I use it to marinade thin cut minute steak by searing the steak and then cooking the marinade in with the steak!
