Greek Salad with Lemon Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredients

Cucumbers, large dice

2

Red Onion, Sliced

½

Roma Tomatoes, sliced

2

Red Bell Pepper, large dice

1

Green Peppers, large dice

2

black olives, sliced

1 cup

feta cheese crumbles

1 cup

Meyer Lemon Balsamic Vinegar (or white balsamic)

2 tablespoons

Red Wine Vinegar

2 tablespoons

Dijon Mustard

1 oz

honey

2 tablespoons

Pro Seasoning All Purpose

1/4 teaspoon

olive oil

1/2 cup

Fresh ground Pro Seasoning Everything but the Salt



Method of prep:


In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for the oil. Whisk ingredients until completely combined. Slowly drizzle oil into the mixture while whisking vigorously. Set aside to dress salad.



To Assemble the Salad:

Toss all ingredients in the vinaigrette and serve!
