Ingredients
chicken wings, cooked | 8-12 |
gochugaru flakes | 1 tablespoon |
garlic powder | 1 tablespoon |
msg (optional) | 1 teaspoon |
soy sauce | 1 tablespoon |
sugar | 1 tablespoon |
red wine vinegar | 2 tablespoons |
holiday baking spice | 1/2 teaspoon |
alderwood smoked salt | 1 teaspoon |
sesame seeds | 1 tablespoon |
clarified butter | 1/2 cup |
chopped cilantro | 1/2 cup |
shredded carrot | 1/2 cup |
Method of Prep:
Cook your wings any way that you wish: air fryer, fried in duck fat (that's how I did mine), grilled, etc.
To make the sauce, add Gochugaru Flakes, garlic powder, sugar, Holiday Baking Spice, Alderwood Smoked Salt, and sesame seeds to a stainless steel bowl. Heat clarified butter in a small saucepan to about 350 degrees F. Carefully pour butter over the spices in the stainless steel bowl. Next, stir completely and add soy sauce, msg, and vinegar. Place the mixture into a blender and blend on low for 30 seconds to a minute. Scrape sauce into the stainless steel bowl and toss in wings, cilantro, and carrot. Coat wings completely. Pour wings onto a plate and dust with Pro Seasoning Vinegar Powder for extra zing. Garnish with any remaining carrots and cilantro. Serve!
