This bowl is so packed with nutrients, you'll feel like you can flip a car over (ok maybe). Menu: Marinated Air Fried or Grilled Tofu (you can sub chicken if you want! Chilled quinoa, shaved brussels sprouts and tons of other stuff tossed in a cilantro lime vinaigrette. This is a great meal to make for dinner and have left over for lunch! This class will only be available to those who booked via chefnikki.net. This class will be streaming over Zoom, so you'll need a laptop or computer within view of your kitchen. This is a hands-on class, you will receive a shopping list and equipment list withing 48 hours of your class.
